VIRTUAL CONFERENCE GUIDELINE
The 2nd INTEGRATION will be hosted as a fully virtual conference via zoom in Banjarmasin, Indonesia. All talks will be pre-recorded and submitted as video files by Nov 14, 2022. The panel discussion will be held with virtual presenters. All presenters will be notified of their session date and time before the conference. Selected authors must be available online during their respective sessions.

Video Presentation Guide:
- The video’s total running time must not exceed 10 minutes.
- Video file format must be in MP4 format.
- Video presentation file name format: INTEGRATION_Name (e.g. INTEGRATION_Kamelia.mp4).
- Upload your video to any cloud storage, e.g. Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox etc.
- Send the video link to the INTEGRATION committee via Google Form by November 14, 2022 The committee only accepts video links via the link below. Please, check the accessibility of the video before submitting the form. Make sure the file can be read and downloaded by only having a link, i.e. without having to go through a login or other permission request.

Pre-recorded Speaker Guide:
- The submitted video should feature the presenter’s face.
- Presenter can record their presentation using any software/platforms.
